Plant Growth Chamber
The new box design incorporates several advanced features to improve the stability and efficiency of the climate chamber. It uses an LED cold light source for illumination, generating minimal heat to maintain a stable internal temperature. The top of the box is equipped with four layers of vertically mounted lighting panels, ensuring uniform lighting distribution and eliminating the previous issue of stronger light on the sides and weaker light in the center. Additionally, the infinite dimming function allows precise control over light intensity by adjusting the current, providing more accurate lighting without changing the number of lamps. The system also includes a circulating air supply that evenly distributes air from each layer through ducts, resolving temperature discrepancies between the upper and lower sections of the chamber. The LED light board mimics natural light, offering a more conducive environment for plant growth, while its long lifespan reduces maintenance needs. Energy efficiency has been significantly improved, with the new design saving over 70% in energy compared to the second-generation incubators. Equipped with international brand compressors and environmentally friendly refrigerants (R134a), the system ensures high efficiency, low energy consumption, and promotes sustainability, making it an ideal solution for long-term, continuous operation. |
